Activity: the student will be able to draw a picture of what they would bring to life if they had a magic paintbrush. Assessment: effort and completion Today 2nd graders completed their pottery designs.
Tomorrow they will complete their columns and their weaving's! They will be totally ready for the Greek festival on Friday! Objective: Students will be able to create an example of Greek art Activity: Students will be able to create a pattern pot, pattern weaving or special Corinthian column. Assessment: Effort and completion Students in the 2nd grade are getting ready for their Greek festival on Friday! Each class is creating a different Greek project!

Objective: Students will be able to create examples of sculpture Activity: Students will be able to create a mobile showing the life cycle of a butterfly Assessment: Effort Students spent multiple classes creating a butterfly, coloring and painting it, making a leaf with eggs on it, a caterpillar and a chrysalis. It took lots of knot tying and patience to put it all together! They turned out beautifully! |
