This week the kindergarteners are still working on their cool color landscapes- these will be quite the accomplishment when finished!
They are creating green papers made of tissue paper and elmers glue- in January they will cut trees out of them and add them to their landscapes! They look GORGEOUS! Objective: Students will be able to identify all colors
Activity: Students will use cool colors to create a sky. We read the book "Sky Paint" by Peter H Reynolds and then used purple and blue watercolor to create a sky. We then used salt to create snow! Assessment: Completion/ following directions with paint |
